Thank you for your interest in our HR Ambassador Program.  As an outsourced HR firm, we focus on small businesses who employee 49 employees or less, excluding restaurants

We offer outsourced HR consulting, payroll and recruiting services. 

We are passionate about helping small businesses and need your help spreading the word. 

By partnering with us, you will have the opportunity to help small business owners and earn commissions on any new business you refer.

How it Works:

1. Sign Up:

Fill out our online HR Ambassador application at the bottom of this page.   

We will review your application and let you know if you have been accepted.

2. Promote our Services:

Once accepted, we will provide you with marketing materials such as brochures, email templates and social media posts.  You can promote our services to your network through these materials and on your own marketing channels if you wish.  However, the best way to promote is to simply ask questions during a conversation.

For example: "How is your payroll being handled?" or "How is your HR being managed?". 

If there is trouble in paradise, they will tell you and you have a solution- Conceptual HR- and you're the hero!

3. Refer Customers:

Simply complete our online HR Ambassador Referral Form.  We will reach out to the business owner and if we are able to secure a successful contract we will pay you a commission based on the service they purchase.  Commissions are paid out via direct deposit the 15th of the following month.

How much money will I make?

We offer different services to help small businesses and all HR Ambassadors will be paid a flat fee based on the service(s) sold:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must have a valid tax identification number or social security number

  • Must have a valid bank account to receive direct deposits

  • Must have a business or be affiliated with a business in a related, non-competitive industry such as accounting, marketing, banking, cell phone service provider, internet services provider, commercial insurance provider, merchant service provider, other business consulting

  • Must abide by our Code of Conduct and follow all rules and regulations related to our HR Ambassador Program
