1099 Account Manager
Conceptual HR is a fast-growing outsourced Human Resource firm specializing in fractional HR services to small and medium-sized businesses with 49 employees or less. We are committed to helping our clients streamline their HR processes, ensure HR compliance, optimize workforce management, and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. We offer a wide range of services to help companies manage their human capital, including payroll processing, benefits administration liaison, compliance, policy enrichment, employee relations and guidance, and oversight of Human Resources in an outsourced space. As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven 1099 Account Manager to join our team.
As a 1099 Account Manager at Conceptual HR, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying potential clients, promoting our comprehensive HR services, and successfully closing deals through effective sales strategies. This is a remote, independent contractor position with a commission-only compensation structure, allowing you the flexibility to work on your schedule and leverage your sales expertise to achieve uncapped earnings potential.
Prospecting, Lead Generation, and Brand Awareness: You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your sales skills by offering businesses in your local community the possibility of streamlining their payroll and HR processes to save time and money. You will utilize various channels, including research, networking, and cold-calling, to identify and cultivate a pipeline of potential clients who could benefit from our outsourced HR services.
Discovery: Conduct discovery conversation calls and sales presentations as needed to educate potential clients about our Human Resource solutions.
Consultative Selling: We pride ourselves on helping small business owners and take a consultative approach in doing so. You will conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' HR challenges and objectives. Understand our tailored HR solutions to address their specific requirements and present our services as valuable solutions that can drive business success.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a positive and ongoing partnership. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly. Attend networking events to build pipelines leading to relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. Maintain communication with leads as necessary to create long lasting relationship resulting in business partnership. Provide support to existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in HR regulations to position Conceptual HR as a market leader and maintain a competitive edge
Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in HR services, professional services, or related industries
Experience in marketing and building brand awareness
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, upbeat personality and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment and be part of a team
Familiarity with HR processes and challenges faced by small to medium-sized businesses is a plus
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
Travel within assigned territory
High School diploma, associate degree or bachelor's in business administration, Marketing or related field
As a 1099 Account Manager your compensation will be commission-based only. You will earn a generous commission percentage for each successful sale initiated and closed by you. The commission structure is designed to reward top performers and offers uncapped earning potential.
