The person in this position will be primarily on their feet all day standing, walking, picking, packing, shipping, receiving and stocking inventory.  This person is responsible for the fulfillment of SnackBox Orders and maintaining the inventory supply of installed vending machines throughout the Jacksonville area.    

 

In addition to maintaining supply of inventory items, this position is also responsible for the installation, setup and breakdown of all vending machines when required.  

 

This is a physical, full time, permanent position where there is room for advancement within the role.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

​ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES 

  • Picking, packing and shipping of boxes for Express

  • Ensure accuracy of all orders

  • Reviewing and filtering shipments of inventory for expiration dates and/or damaged product ensuring the proper procedures are followed when an expired or damage item(s) arrive

  • Assist with receiving of warehouse inventory

  • Assist in ensuring all items are packed according to Company standards

  • Assist in ensuring all packages are ready by the deadline for FedEx/UPS or other ground pickup

  • Stocking inventory in warehouse in accordance to current standards/procedures

  • Drive company vehicles and fulfill route duties

  • Resupply Vending Machines

  • Selecting and packing merchandise for daily routes

  • Updating all machine products and prices in the field

  • Repairing and maintaining of machines on and/or offsite

  • Maintain sanitation of machines and products

  • Collect user feedback from field

  • Maintain sanitation of warehouse and inventory

  • Keep service vehicles clean and in good working order

  • Attend company/departmental meetings as well as educational/training programs as required

  • Other duties as delegated by management

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS​

  • Understanding and commitment to healthy lifestyle

  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

  • Ability to pick up, load and unload storage bins and boxes up to 40lbs

  • Willing to set and achieve goals

  • Consistent and reliable work ethic

  • Highly customer service focused

  • Ability to handle issues independently

  • Strong oral and verbal communication skills

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS​

  • Highschool Diploma
