We are a fast-growing provider of outsourced Human Resource solutions for small businesses with 49 employees or less. We offer a wide range of services to help companies manage their human capital, including payroll processing, benefits administration liaison, compliance, policy enrichment, employee relations and guidance, and oversight of Human Resources in an outsourced space. We are currently seeking a part-time Independent Contractor Human Resource Sales Consultant to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a part-time, Independent Contractor, Human Resource Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new leads that result in a business partnership by selling our human resource solutions services to small businesses within our scope of acceptance within your assigned territory, which you will help to determine. You will work closely with our Leadership and Marketing Team to develop and execute sales strategies, conduct sales quote presentations, and build relationships with potential clients. You will also provide support to existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention.

Yes, this technically is sales position, but it is how you sell that matters to us. You can think of this as more of a "spread the knowledge" position.
The value of the service we provide sells itself. We need people on our team in the community to build trust, relationships and help small business owners with growing their business. If we do that- everything else will fall into place.
Although we are based in the Jacksonville Florida area, our work is completed remotely, so wherever you are- you are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and business by identifying and contacting potential clients in your designated territory

Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations to educate potential clients on our human resource solutions

Attend networking events to build pipelines leading to relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions

Maintain communication with leads as necessary to create long lasting relationship resulting in business partnership

Able to effectively overcome sales hurdles

Work with our Leadership and Marketing Team to develop and execute sales strategies

Provide support to existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the human resource or related industry

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets starting from lead generation to completed contract

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Excellent organization and follow up skills

Strong relationship-building and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Education:

High School Diploma, Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Working Conditions:

This is a remote, part-time, independent contractor position with flexible working hours

Compensation is commission-based with potential for bonuses based on individual and company performance
